Class Monitor's

Greetings,

As the International Conference of Police Chaplains Annual Training Seminar approaches, final preparations are being completed. One essential part of ensuring a successful seminar is securing class monitors for each session.

ICPC takes great pride in delivering a high standard of education and training. To uphold this standard, we follow clear guidelines to ensure all training is conducted with accuracy, accountability, and integrity.

Monitor Eligibility Requirements

  • First-time attendees may not serve as monitors
  • Preference given to Education Committee members or ICPC Certified Instructors
  • Must be an ICPC member in good standing
  • Must have at least 1 year of ICPC membership
  • Must hold a minimum of a Chaplain Basic Credential

Monitor Responsibilities

As a class monitor, you will:

  • Report to the ICPC Office at the ATS venue 15 minutes before class
  • Pick up your monitor envelope, which includes:
    • Instructor biography
    • Course sign-in sheets
    • Monitor instructions
  • Ensure attendance is properly recorded during the session

Once you confirm your availability, you will receive the Monitor Instructions via email to review in advance.
